Checklists for Authors

This checklist must be completed, signed by the corresponding author, and submitted with the manuscript. Please see Instructions for Authors for details related to this checklist.

*Please be sure to check over items from No.1 to No. 12

1.
Typed double-spaced in 10-point font on A4 sized paper with 2.5 cm margins on the top, bottom, right and left and prepared with an MS-word or HWP file.
2.
Begin each component on a separate page.
3.
Cover page: (1) complete title, (2) category, (3) name and academic degree of each author, (4) affiliation, (5) mailing address, telephone, facsimle and E-mail address of corresponding author, (6) running title of fewer than 50 characters.
4.
Abstract in structured format (purpose, materials and methods, results, and conclusion) within 250 words in Original Articles (unstructured format within 150 words in Case Reports).
5.
Key words/terms (3 to 10) from the MeSH list of Index Medicus.
6.
Reference in proper format, numbered in order as cited in the text.
7.
Total number of references less than 25 in Original Articles, and 15 in Case Reports.
8.
Tables with their titles.
9.
Figures as a separate files, in TIFF or JPG format, minimum 300 DPI.
10.
Each necessary permission statement signed by the appropriate source.
11.
Approval of IRB (When reporting experiments on human subjects).
12.
Elucidation of research or project support/funding.
